胶原蛋白海鲜粥
材料
"蒜头 6瓣","竹笋 1支","干香菇 6朵","松坂肉 1块","香菇水 200c.c","贡丸 5颗","鱼高汤 2000c.c","虱目鱼肚 1块","蟹腿 1盒","蚵仔 1包","蛤蛎 15颗","芹菜末 适量","白饭 1锅","酱油 少许","香油 少许","盐 适量","白胡椒粉 适量","鲜味炒手 2匙"
做法

1: 先将所有材料准备好,把醃料加到松坂肉里静置10分钟

2: 热油锅放入蒜末和香菇丝炒香

3: 再放入松坂肉炒一下,不用炒到熟

4: 然后放入竹笋和贡丸翻炒

5: 放入香菇水避免锅里太干,也可以增添香气,再放入鱼高汤转中小火煮10分钟,到竹笋熟了就可以放入所有海鲜料

6: 等海鲜料都熟了之后就可以加入调味料噜!

7: 最后盛一点白饭在碗里,再淋上海鲜汤,依个人喜好撒上芹菜末大功告成噜~
