海南鸡饭
材料
"去骨鸡腿 2只","生姜 100g","红葱头 100g","青葱 2支","干燥月桂叶 10片","水 适量","生米 2杯","盐 适量","白胡椒 适量","生姜泥 2小匙","青葱末 1大匙","食用油 2大匙"
做法

1: 去骨鸡腿以适量盐及白胡椒醃半小时

2: 生姜切片,红葱头切末

3: 热锅加少许油,将红葱头末炒至香味飘出即可,不要炒焦

4: 将红葱头末舖于锅底,放上鸡腿,姜片及青葱,加入盖过鸡腿的清水,放电锅蒸熟

5: 姜葱酱姜泥,青葱末置于碗内,加适量盐,将油烧热至冒烟后熄火,倒入碗内拌匀即可

6: 取出蒸好的鸡腿放凉,并将鸡汤过滤

7: 生米洗净沥干,以鸡汤(若不够咸可以再加点盐)取代水将饭蒸熟 将鸡腿切块,淋上姜葱酱,再配上香喷喷的鸡饭就完成了!
