木耳烩金针菇

1: 木耳切小片,金针菇切去根部洗净,开水汆烫一遍 起油锅,放进嫩姜丝炒香,再依续加入木耳和金针菇、半杯水、蠔油、糖、乌醋快速拌炒,起锅前沿锅边炝下米酒,再滴下香油即可
