凉拌猪耳朵

材料

"猪耳朵 2/3付","香菇酱油膏 3/4碗","酱油 1/4碗","米酒 1/4碗","水 3碗","冰糖 1.5大匙","八角 3粒","姜片 4-5片","猪耳朵 1-2大片","青蒜 2支","辣椒 1大支","香菜 2株","鲁汁 适量","香油 少许"

做法

    2: 将冰糖放入干锅溶化成琥珀色

    3: 放入猪头皮入锅上色后

    4: 放入姜片及八角

    5: 倒入酱油.酱油膏.米酒及水盖上锅盖以中小火闷煮45-50min,过程记得要翻面让每个部位都能均匀受热

    6: 猪头皮成品上桌

    7: 凉拌备料(猪头皮切片.青蒜切丝.辣椒去仔切丝.香菜切段.鲁汁少许),并将所有材料拌匀后在滴点香油增加香气
