超下饭-三杯鸡
材料
"无骨鸡腿排 1只","杏鲍菇或洋葱(可省) 3条/1颗","酱油膏 15-20ml","辣豆瓣 5ml","糖 少许","米酒 15ml","姜片 6片","蒜头 10颗","九层塔 适量","黑麻油 5ml","辣椒末(可省) 1根"
做法

1: 将杏鲍菇切块/洋葱切块(可省)、鸡腿排切块、加入酱油膏15ml、米酒10ml、辣豆瓣5ml、少许糖,放一可蒸的容器中,并抓一抓搅拌均匀!

2: 接着放入电锅中,外锅1.6杯水 用麻油爆姜片与蒜头加入蒸好的鸡腿肉
