"鲑鱼 1片","黄椒(小) 1个","青椒(小) 1个","紫色洋葱 酌量","玄米醋 1匙","九层塔 酌量","胡椒 酌量","香蒜粒 酌量","糖 1小匙","酱油(淡色) 1匙","水 20cc"

做法

    1: 食材切小细丁,九层塔切碎,洋葱泡水去辣

    2: 鲑鱼米酒、塩略抓,煎赤赤,撒上胡椒粉、香蒜粒调味

    3: 酱汁:酱油、玄米醋、糖、水,调匀(糖先拌溶)
