"丝瓜 半条","鸡蛋 1颗","得意的天100%义大利橄榄油 1匙","水 半杯","白芝麻 适量","盐 适量","面粉 1大匙","地瓜粉 1大匙","小磨坊白胡椒粉 适量","水 半杯","淡黄芥末酱 适量","番茄酱 适量"
做法

1: 备妥所有食材.

2: 不沾锅放入橄榄油及切块丝瓜,开中小火加半杯水闷煮至软透.

3: 粉浆搅拌均匀后,倒入作法2,用小火煎至焦黄.

4: 打散的蛋液倒入作法3,翻面将蛋煎熟,熄火.
