韩式炸鸡
材料
"三节翅 8支","蛋 1","米酒 随意","盐 少","黑胡椒 中","韩式辣酱 3匙","番茄酱有芥末酱可不用 2匙","黄芥末有番茄酱可不用 2匙","醋 2匙","糖 2匙","水 200克","蒜末 随意","酱油 1匙","太白粉 1","地瓜粉 3"
做法

1: 把三节翅的小棒腿跟翅分开,放醃料,醃个5分钟,打颗蛋进(蛋白蛋黄要搅匀),肉沾蛋沾(太白粉地瓜粉1:3)

2: 热油锅(油可以盖过翅的高度即可),试油温(捏几粒太白粉丢下去油锅,若在油面上跳动代表温度够)把肉丢进去(不要太挤),丢进去先不要动它,炸个两分钟再稍微用筷子搅一下确保没沾黏

3: 煮酱,将酱料全丢下去煮一煮

4: 酱滚把炸好的肉丢进去拌至上色,完成
