酸辣带劲的广式酸辣河粉
材料
"虾子 6-9只","虾丸牛肉丸 适量","姜片切末 3片","蒜头切末 4-5瓣","辣椒切末 1-2支","酸菜 150g","河粉 3卷","水 适量","高汤 适量","鲜味炒手 适量","酱油 2-3大匙","香油 1大匙","糖 1-1.5大匙"
做法

1: 起油锅,爆香姜末蒜末辣椒末后,放入酸菜拌炒至香气出来,接着加入调味料拌炒均匀

2: 加入虾子炒至虾壳变红后,放入虾丸、牛肉丸,再加入高汤,待高汤滚后放入河粉

3: 待河粉煮至九分熟时,放入豆芽菜,起锅前洒上香菜即可享用
