"黄豆芽 300克","胡萝卜 1条","豆干 6片","香菇丝 6朵","木耳丝 150克","筊白笋 4支","榨菜丝 适量","海带丝 100克","金针菇 1包","芹菜段 适量","盐 2匙","糖 2匙","香菇粉 适量","香油 适量",
做法

1: 材料洗净切丝备用.

2: 油锅炒香黄豆芽.慢炒出香味起锅.

3: 油锅续炒香香菇丝.豆干(片成两片再切丝).胡萝卜丝.炒软再入筊白笋丝.木耳丝.海带丝.榨菜丝(先泡水洗去咸味).金针菇丝.(每依样炒香在加入下一样)加盐.糖.香菇粉酌量.胡椒粉调味.最后入芹菜段炒熟淋上香油即可.
