"姜片 2片","花椒粒(可省略) 少许","葱 1根","米酒 1大匙","姜泥 1/2大匙","蒜泥 1/2大匙","酱油 1大匙","麻油 1大匙","芝麻酱 1大匙","黑醋 1大匙","白醋 1/2大匙","糖 1大匙","花椒油 1.5大匙","红油 3大匙","去骨鸡腿 2只","芝麻粒 少许","花生碎 少许","香菜叶 少许","小黄瓜 1根"

做法

    1: *冷水盖过鸡肉,放入姜片,葱段,米酒,花椒粒盖锅煮滚烫熟~

    2: *取出后放凉,置冰水~放入冰箱~

    4: *准备混合调味酱,将小黄瓜刨丝备用~
