炸酱面
材料
"葱 3支","蒜头 4颗","姜 1小块","蛋 2颗","小黄瓜 1条","黄豆干 3块","梅花绞肉 4人份","甜面酱 1大匙","豆瓣酱 1大匙","酒 1大匙","水 适量","冰糖 适量"
做法

1: 起锅,倒入适量油,将豆干丁煎香

2: 接着放入绞肉炒至香并且变白,再放入蒜末及姜末炒出香气

3: 将锅中食材拨至一旁,放入甜面酱及豆瓣酱,炒出油亮感

4: 同上锅,将锅中食材拌匀,都沾上酱料,接着再倒入酒,水及冰糖调味,盖锅焖煮约十分钟

5: 时间到时,掀盖滚煮至汤汁略为收汁,即可熄火

6: 将烫好的面条放入碗中,放上蛋丝,小黄瓜丝,淋上炸酱及葱花即可食用
