「韩式」安东炖鸡봉추찜닭
材料
"去骨鸡腿 2只","冬粉 1把","韩式年糕 适量","糖/味霖/韩式果糖 少许","马铃薯 2颗","洋葱 半颗","青葱/大葱 1根","蒜头 5颗","干辣椒 5片","姜片 5片","酱油 1碗","蚝油 2匙","酱油膏 1匙","米酒 2碗","胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1: 备料,并将炖鸡酱汁调匀

2: 冷水盖住肉表面,煮到水沸即可将水沥掉,再将肉放回清水里。如此一来,即可去除肉里的杂质

3: 另外冷水盖住鸡腿,加入配料煮滚。我是利用之前吃火锅的原汁高汤来做汤头!

4: 煮熟后加入炖鸡酱汁小火熬煮,

5: 加入年糕及冬粉将汤汁吸入,汤汁呈现浓稠,即可上桌!
