马零薯烧肉
材料
"三层肉&五花肉 1条","马铃薯 1颗","红萝卜 半条","姜片 3-4片","蒜头 5-6粒","八角 1-2个","米酒 1匙","冰糖 1匙","酱油 2大匙","水 1米杯","青蒜苗 1支","辣椒(可有可无) 1支"
做法

1: 备食材:三层肉或五花肉(瘦肉)都可选用,马铃薯.红萝卜.姜.蒜青蒜苗.八角.酱油.米酒.冰糖...等

2: 把五花肉切小块后直接下锅干煸后会出少许的猪油,(因我没放油)

3: 肉干煸至"洽洽"颜色,放入姜蒜炒香,(不吃硬就把肉翻炒变白色就可)

4: 接续放入马零薯红萝卜,(切小小块状较容易熟透)

5: 加入:酱油.八角.冰糖.水.米酒.一起闷煮至熟软(盖锅盖),中小火约20-30分,要吃软烂就拉长时间.注:闷煮的时间水会渐渐收干请自行斟量及调味的浓淡.

6: 最后5分钟(小试一块尝味道)再放入青蒜苗微煮及完成.
