下酒菜 (九层塔炒蛤蜊)
材料
"蛤蜊 300g","蒜头 6颗","青葱 20g","姜 半根","辣椒 1条","九层塔 1大碗","调料 部份","米酒 1大匙","酱油膏 2大匙","乌醋 1大匙","糖 1茶匙","香油 1大匙"
做法

1: 先备料:先将蒜头切碎丁、青葱切段、姜切片、辣椒切片 + 蛤蜊泡水吐沙

2: 起锅热香油,爆香蒜、姜、辣椒,接着放入蛤蜊加盖焖至开壳。同上锅,蛤蜊壳开后,加入2汤匙酱油膏、少许糖调味拌匀。同上锅,起锅前,放入葱段、九层塔拌匀,再加入香油、米酒、乌醋呛香,用中火翻炒均匀即完成。
