番茄糊炖肉
材料
"猪嘴边肉 1000克","红萝卜 一条","芋头 半颗","洋葱 1颗","磨菇 1盒","水 适量","葱 6根","姜 6片","蒜头 6瓣","八角 2粒","红辣椒 1根","酱油 50cc","米酒 50cc","豆瓣酱 1大匙","番茄糊 100克","糖 1大匙"
做法

1: 备妥食材如图,芋头先煎过或炸过备用

2: 热锅加少许油先将肉块炒至变色,将肉推至锅内另一侧,空出空间放入爆香料炒香

3: 加入洋葱炒香

4: 加入其他材料及所有调味料拌炒

5: 加水略淹过食材,盖上锅盖大火煮滚后转小火续炖
