黒酢酢豚
材料
"猪夹心肉(或里脊肉) 400g","红萝卜 1/2条","青椒 2大个","洋葱 1/2个","太白粉 3大匙","黑醋 50g","砂糖 50g","蕃茄酱 50g","酱油 1大匙","柠檬汁 1咪咪","酱油 2大匙","酒 1大匙","砂糖 1/2小匙","蒜泥 1小匙","姜泥 1小匙"
做法

1: 将猪肉切成小块后.和醃渍酱料拌匀.放入冰箱1晚让它入味.

2: 红萝卜 .青椒和洋葱切成小片状备用.

3: 将肉块均匀沾上太白粉后放入170度中小火油锅中炸熟.

4: 第一次炸到约成偏白金黄色起锅让它放置约5分钟后.再第2次炸到金黄色.

5: 锅中倒入少许油.将红萝卜 .青椒和洋葱片拌炒一下后.再将猪肉块和调味料倒入锅中.开中大火拌炒到汤汁收干即可.
