材料
"花枝(或鱿鱼)1 条","洋葱1/3 颗","蒜末 3瓣","姜末 3-4片","麻油 适量","酱油 麻油量的1/3","鱼露 与麻油量相等","柠檬汁 麻油量的1/2","香菜末 适量","辣椒少许 (随喜好)"
做法

1: 将洋葱切条状,平铺在盘中

2: 鱿鱼 (或花枝) 洗净后切花,进热水川烫过后,放入冰水中降温 (川烫请勿过久,否则肉质会较老较硬)

3: 调好调味料

4: 将鱿鱼捞起沥干水分,铺在洋葱上
