做法

1: 红葱头&大蒜切碎,起油锅小火炒香

2: 放入蛤蜊,加入2大匙酒

3: 小火烧至蛤蜊开口,盛出备用,下奶油一块

4: 白菜切小块放入,小火炖20分

5: 加盐调味,加入牛奶熄火,蛤蜊排好上菜。
