做法

1: 将中种材料放入面包机,以[乌龙面模式]搅打15分钟,初发1HR,再加入主面团材料,以[乌龙面模式]搅打15分钟,中发松弛30分钟,分成8等分(每份约75g),滚圆

2: 杆成三角锥型,底边剪开约2~3cm,向外翻折卷起成牛角状,后发40分钟
