"林柏好食酸白菜包 2/3包","林柏好食猪五花片 1包","林柏好食大骨浓缩液 1/3包","林柏好食猪背油 1包","葱 2根","姜 1小块","蒜 4颗","辣椒 半根","酱油 2/3碗","米酒 1/4碗","太白粉 1/5碗","水 半碗"
做法

1: 解冻林柏好食酸菜白肉锅底

2: 取出酸白菜包.猪五花片.大骨浓缩液.猪背油猪五花片先用太白粉.1/3碗酱油.1颗蒜切末,醃过约20分钟备用

3: 葱切段.将切丝,蒜切末,辣将切丝

4: 起锅,入少许油,中火,油热放入醃过的猪五花,转大火快速拌炒至7.8分熟即可盛起

5: 另起锅,倒入林柏好食猪背油,中火,油热依序放入姜丝.蒜末辣椒丝炒出香气,倒入酸白菜包,转大火,锅热沿锅边倒入1/3酱油,再放入刚炒过的猪五花与1/3包林柏好食大骨浓缩液与半碗水等汤汁略收干后,沿锅边淋上米酒,倒入葱段即可盛起上桌
