猪事大吉蜜汁烧
材料
"ECO-ONE 1组","酱油 3大匙","味淋 2大匙","米酒 1大匙","杏鲍菇 3条","火锅用五花薄肉片 6条","姜条 20g","葱花 20g","沙拉酱(甜) 1小条","白芝麻 5g","七味辣粉 1茶匙","柴鱼片 5g"
做法

1: 先将杏鲍菇对切划刀后,再用五花肉片卷起来,放入盘中煎两面酥香

2: 下姜条、调味料后,再加锅盖烧煮5分钟

3: 加入葱花、白芝麻、七味粉拌炒,最后淋上沙拉酱,撒上柴鱼片即可
