台啤(香芒口味)栗子闷鸡
材料
"鸡腿 1支","鸡翅膀 1对","栗子(已剥壳) 1包100元","马铃薯 1颗","红萝卜 1/2支","洋葱 1颗","蒜 1株","辣椒 1条","蒜头 2大颗","嫩姜片 4-5片","台啤(原味) 1/2瓶","台啤(香芒) 1瓶","酱油膏 2大匙","酱油 3大匙","砂糖 2大匙","香油 1中匙"
做法

1: 备料1:将栗子冲洗干净、红萝卜切细丁、马铃薯去皮后切细丁

2: 备料2:鸡肉用温水冲洗干净

3: 备料3:洋葱切片状、辣椒斜切片、大蒜斜切片、蒜头刀背拍碎

4: 备料4:台啤~原味&香芒

5: 先备一锅热油,将备料1下锅炸1分钟,捞起沥油

6: 再将备料2鸡肉下锅炸约7-8分熟,捞起沥油并将炸过后的留一些备用其他油倒掉~

7: 留一点点热油,将备料3下锅爆香

8: 接着将炸过的备料1下锅一起拌炒

9: 再来将鸡肉也全倒入锅大火炒

10: 倒入备料4台啤香芒1瓶

11: 再来台啤原味1/2瓶

12: 接着加入酱油膏、酱油、砂糖、香油等调味中火滚煮约10分钟

13: 将所有食材换至汤锅中(陶锅更加)转小火盖锅慢慢炖煮约25-30分让汤汁稍微收干即可
