韩式辣味大酱汤
材料
"豆腐 1块","牛肉片或猪肉片 70g","洋葱 30g","金针菇 40g","红萝卜 40g","小黄瓜或节瓜 40g","蛤犡 80g","糯米椒 3支","辣椒 1支","蒜苗 1支","青葱 1支","姜片 1片","洗米水 600~700cc","韩式大酱 65g","韩式辣酱 40g"
做法

1: 青葱、辣椒、大蒜、糯米椒、红萝卜、小黄瓜、洋葱切片。豆腐、肉片切块。准备一杯米,将米洗过一次后留下第二次的洗米水。

2: 热油锅,先爆香青葱、姜片,再放入洋葱炒香,接着下肉片炒香。放入红萝卜、黄瓜、辣椒、糯米椒拌炒一下。

3: 加入洗米水,水滚后拿一个滤网将韩式大酱放入滤网上,边搅散大酱使它融入汤锅中。接着加入蛤犡、豆腐、金针菇,再加入韩式辣酱(一样拿滤网过筛)。起锅时加入蒜苗即可!!
