材料
"鲜蚵 300g","豆腐 1盒","葱花 适量","姜末 1.5大匙","蒜末 1.5大匙","辣椒 适量","豆豉 1大匙","九层塔 适量","素蚝油 1.5大匙","糖 1匙","盐 适量","白胡椒粉 适量","米酒 1小匙","太白粉 少许","盐 少许"
做法

1: [备料]1.将鲜蚵洗净后,加入醃料拌匀后川烫至7分熟2.将豆腐先用盐水川烫过比较不容易破,沥干备用3.将豆豉用些许米酒泡开,备用

2: 1.热油锅,爆香豆豉2.依序加入蒜末>辣椒末>姜末爆香

3: 加入调味,炒香后,加些许水煮滚后加入豆腐

4: 让豆腐稍微炖煮入味后,加入鲜蚵一起炖煮

5: 加入葱花及九层塔拌匀后,就可起锅囉~~
