红烧鳗鱼羹
材料
"炸好的红烧鳗鱼 400g","白菜 1/2颗","香菇 4朵","虾米 20g","蒜末 10g","姜片 1片","香菜 少许","柴鱼高汤 700cc","太白粉 适量","糖 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","乌醋 2大匙","盐 1小匙","胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1: 香菇泡软切丝。白菜用手剥成块状备用。

2: 热油锅依序爆香姜片、蒜末、香菇、虾米,炒至香味出来。

3: 加入白菜拌炒,加入柴鱼高汤(或清水),水滚后焖煮约10分钟。将红烧鳗鱼放入,加入调味料,太白粉加水勾芡。起锅时洒上些许香菜、胡椒粉即可。
