蒜味五花肉
材料
"五花肉 1条{约半斤}","蒜头 6粒","葱丝 适量","酱油 1大匙","蚝油 3大匙","米酒 3大匙","糖 2分之一茶匙","蒜粉 3大匙","香油 1大匙","胡椒粉 适量","五香粉 适量","水 3杯{量杯}","八角 6粒"
做法

1: 五花肉洗净擦干水分下锅油炸.炸至稍微金黄色后取出

2: 取一锅爆香蒜头{蒜头切末}将所有调味料加入让水滚煮一下再将五花肉放入.以小火闷煮{大约15分钟左右}

3: 收干酱汁即可取出切片摆盘.上面摆上葱丝即可
