材料
"牛肉 300g","番茄 4颗","西洋芹 50g","高丽菜 200g","洋葱 1颗(160g)","马铃薯 1颗(110g)","红萝卜 1条(180g)","辣椒 1条","蒜末 3颗","月桂叶 5片","胡椒粉 适量","盐 1大匙(15g)","水 1500cc"
做法

1: 牛肉入冷水锅加月桂叶煮至沸腾去腥后,捞出洗去浮沫杂质切块

2: 将所有蔬菜料切适当大小,其中一颗番茄打成糊

3: 起油锅爆香蒜头后加入牛肉跟蔬菜拌炒至蔬菜软化

4: 移至电锅加水跟剩下的月桂叶闷煮,外锅加两杯水开关跳起后再加一杯水闷煮

5: 开关跳起后加入盐、胡椒粉调味即可
