鲜镶豆腐
材料
"木棉豆腐 1盒","绞肉 20g","鱼浆 15g","鲜虾 4尾","红萝卜末 少许","葱末 少许","姜末 少许","[醃料]盐 半茶匙","[醃料]米酒 少许","[醃料]香菇精 少许","[醃料]胡椒粉 少许","[醃料]香油 少许","[酱汁]葱末和辣椒末 适量","[酱汁]薄酱油 少许","[酱汁]盐 少许","[酱汁]糖 少许","[酱汁]太白粉水 适量","[酱汁]香油 少许"
做法

1: 红萝卜、葱和姜都切末备用。

2: 虾对切成2; 豆腐切成8片,中间用汤匙挖洞,挖出来的豆腐放到绞肉里。

3: 将绞肉、鱼浆、红萝卜末、葱末、姜末和醃料跟刚刚挖出来的豆腐渣搅拌一下,

4: 即可捏球填入挖了洞的豆腐里,上面再摆上对切的虾子,入蒸笼蒸20分钟

5: 蒸好后,取出摆盘,并将汤汁倒入平底锅加入酱汁煮滚,试味道调整后用太白粉水勾薄芡,再用汤匙淋在豆腐上即可。
