巧克力煎饼
材料
"低筋面粉 350g","花生粉 50g","黑芝麻 10g","鸡蛋 3个","可可粉 15g","红豆沙 100g","油 25g","糖 50g","水 370g","泡打粉 10g","小苏打粉 3g"
做法

1: 将面粉,泡打粉,小苏打粉,水,鸡蛋,可哥粉,糖,油倒入盆中搅拌均匀,静置30分钟

2: 锅里抹上用纸巾抹上少许的油,倒入面糊,开小火盖上锅盖煎约2分钟

3: 煎至面糊起了很多气孔,撒上花生粉,黑芝麻跟砂糖

4: 或是红豆沙

5: 将饼对折,拉至中间继续煎一下,再翻面煎下

6: 煎好后,拿至桌上切好后就可盛盘享用囉!
