[电锅料理]素肉圆
材料
"在来米粉 50g","地瓜粉 300g","冷水 200cc","热水 200cc","番茄酱 2匙","甜辣酱 1匙","麻油 1匙","味曾 2匙","太白粉 少许","素肉 50g","菜舖 20g","笋干 160g","豆皮 30g","油葱酥 适量","白胡椒粉 适量","蚝油 适量","盐 适量"
做法
备妥食材
先将笋干,素肉,菜舖,泡水去除咸味
外皮部分:先将在来米粉及地瓜粉混合一起',加入冷水拌匀后,再加入热水或滚水搅拌成浆备用
去除咸味的食材切细切丁,锅子加油炒香,最后加入油葱酥蚝油,胡椒粉调匀拌炒
取适量大小碟子,在底层抹点油,放入适量粉浆,再加入馅料,上层再加入粉浆
放入一碗水在电锅蒸熟约15分钟
蒸熟的素肉圆淋上酱料即可食
