"马铃薯 1颗","萝蔓生菜 1株","红黄甜椒 半颗","玉米笋 5.6根","水煮蛋 1-2颗","迷迭香料 少许","大蒜 2.3瓣","初榨橄榄油 2大匙","柠檬汁 半颗","海盐 1匙","黑胡椒粒 1匙"

1: 马铃薯切块.玉米笋剖半备用

2: 调味料(海盐.黑胡椒.迷迭香料)

3: 生菜洗净备用

4: 酱汁调好备用

5: 起油锅倒入橄榄油.马铃薯大蒜煎上色

6: 放入玉米笋拌炒.撒上迷迭香料.少许盐巴调味

7: 洒点水约1匙.盖上锅盖(马铃薯中间较难熟)
