"蛋 1个","水云 适量","茄子 适量","红黄椒 适量","四季豆 适量","洋葱 适量","低筋面粉 12g","高筋面粉 18g","太白粉 10g","日式鲣鱼酱油 1大匙","盐 少许","白胡椒 少许"

2: 将洋葱 红黄椒.四季豆.茄子先炒熟.水云先用水冲过,再泡入开水5分钟,最后再冲洗1次备用

3: 面糊加入适量的水拌成一碗,蛋白蛋黄分开,蛋白也加入面糊中拌匀,蛋黄备用.平底锅加油倒入面糊,依序将蔬菜排好

4: 盖上锅盖以中小火煎至熟透金黄,趁热将蛋黄置于中央闷至喜欢的熟度即可
