[无奶油低卡]鲜奶香脆饼 Milk Crispy Crackers
材料
"蛋黄 1个","砂糖 30g","炼乳 1大匙","牛奶 1大匙","香草精 1/4小匙","低筋面粉 90g","澄粉 30g","无铝泡打粉 1/2小匙","低筋面粉 适量","蛋白液 适量","糖粉 适量"
做法

1: 将蛋黄及砂糖搅拌均匀至略浅黄色(图二)

2: 加入牛奶、炼乳、香草精

3: 加入过筛低粉、澄粉、泡打粉,轻柔搅拌均匀(勿过度搅拌,避免面团出筋)

4: 面团静置10分钟

5: 洒上低筋面粉作手粉,擀成8吋圆大小,以叉子分割8等份,将饼皮上的面粉稍微刷除,刷上蛋白液、洒上些许过筛糖粉

6: 放入预热170度烤箱,烘烤20分钟,取出后趁热切块即可上桌
