红烧牛肉面
材料
"牛肋条 1200g","姜 50g","葱 1把","米酒 50cc","水 6公升","洋葱 2大颗","红袍花椒 2大匙","蒜头 20颗","辣豆瓣酱 3大匙","酱油 1杯","油 3大匙","番茄 3个","红白萝卜 各1条","八角 数颗","米酒 1杯","月桂叶 数片"
做法

1: 备齐材料.牛肉洗净.红白萝卜切块.洋葱切块.蒜头.姜块拍扁

2: 6公升冷水加入牛肉[川烫料].冷水煮开后滚约10分钟起锅冲凉.水不须倒掉

3: 牛肉冲凉后切适当大小

4: 炒锅放入3大匙油.依序炒香洋葱.蒜头.花椒.辣豆瓣.切块牛肉.酱油 炒香牛肉后.将所有材料连同炖料放入川烫水锅中

5: 煮开后续煮30分钟.后关火闷约3小时. 过滤香料.即为红烧牛肉汤
