做法

1: 将泡菜.洋葱.金针菇.培根切丁备用

2: 热油锅下培根和洋葱丁.小火炒香

3: 倒入白饭.泡菜.洒上调味料.翻炒至饭松软即完成.

4: 凉拌花椰菜:花椰洗净后.放入煮沸的水中.汆烫至熟捞起.趁热拌入调味料即完成. 香煎里肌肉排:热锅后放入1匙油.以中小火煎至表面呈金黄色. 葱花炒蛋:鸡蛋加入葱花和调味料混合拌匀备用;炒锅倒入少许油.加热后转小火.倒入蛋液.用锅铲将蛋液用推的方式铲动.让蛋成片状慢慢凝固即可
