"葡萄醋 140c.c","ExtraVirgin橄榄油 100c.c","大蒜末 2大匙","红辣椒末 1大匙","洋葱末 2大匙","香菜末 2大匙","九层塔末 2大匙","番茄切丁 1颗","海盐 1茶匙","柠檬 1颗","桂冠鱼饺 5个","桂冠蛋饺 5个","桂冠燕饺 5个","桂冠花枝饺 5个","桂冠虾饺 5个","烫熟青花椰 1颗","蒸熟南瓜 半颗","烫熟芦笋 1束","烫熟洋菇 8朵","黄椒 1颗","红椒 1颗","美生菜 1/4颗"
做法

1: 将油醋材料的大蒜末、红辣椒末、洋葱末、香菜末、九层塔末、番茄丁、柠檬汁,装入玻璃瓶中

2: 倒入Extra Virgin橄榄油

3: 再倒入葡萄醋

4: 再加入海盐

5: 盖紧后摇晃数下,静置5分钟

6: 将南瓜蒸熟;芦笋、洋菇、青花椰烫熟;所有饺类烫熟;红黄椒切丝;美生菜撕成片状,入沙拉钵中摆盘
