圣诞礼物--义式香酥小牛菲力

材料

"菲力 600g","盐 适量","胡椒 适量","面粉 适量","蛋液 适量","面包粉 适量","节瓜 适量","薯泥 3人份","橄榄油 适量","洋葱 1/4颗","大蒜 2瓣","牛蕃茄 1颗","蕃茄糊 1小匙","义大利综合香料 适量","帕起司 40g","水 200ml"

做法

  1. step1

    1: 洋葱,大蒜切末,牛蕃茄川烫去皮切丁

    2: 栉瓜以刨刀削成薄片

    3: 热锅加适量橄榄油炒香洋葱末,蒜末,续加蕃茄丁炒软后加水,蕃茄糊煮至滚

    4: 加入适量义大利香料,帕马森起司,以盐及胡椒调味后将酱汁略为收干即可(保温备用)

    5: 牛菲力切成方块,洒上少许盐及胡椒,依序沾上面粉,蛋液与面包粉

    6: 热锅加适量油,将牛排煎至两面金黄酥脆,并用锅内余油煎熟栉瓜片
