材料
"鸡块 700g","芝麻 少许","油炸粉(炸鸡粉) 1米杯(60g)","地瓜粉 1米杯","水 5大匙(75g)","糖 4大匙","酱油 3大匙","番茄酱 3大匙","韩国辣椒酱 3大匙","洋葱末 1/4颗(4大匙)","牛奶 1.5大匙","酒 1.5大匙","盐 1小匙(5g)","胡椒粉 适量","蒜泥 2颗"
做法

1: 准备洋葱末、蒜末,鸡块入醃料醃20分钟

2: 混和调味料

3: 混和炸粉

4: 鸡块均匀沾上裹粉

5: 油温180度炸约6分钟

6: 鸡块快炸好时,一边将调味料入炒锅煮沸

7: 沸腾后熄火,再将炸好的鸡块放入均匀裹上酱料

8: 起锅撒上些许芝麻摆盘即可
