抹茶水晶饺『维力炸酱』
材料
"绞肉 100g","玉米粒 70g","干贝 40g","五谷豆 10g","葱 1根","洋葱 1/4颗","维力炸酱 1大匙","香油 1小匙","米酒 1小匙","澄粉 120g","太白粉或玉米粉 60g","抹茶粉 1g","油 10g","滚水 180g","盐 1/2匙"
做法

1: 准备材料

2: 调水晶饺皮面团

3: 加滚水用汤匙拌匀粉类

4: 混合所有内馅材料备用

5: 将面团分成每份40g一个,此面团可分成10个

6: 面团压平成圆形状,包入内馅

7: 折成一半,边缘再压紧成水饺状

8: 电锅加一杯水蒸熟即可
