"燕麦豆腐 一盒","姜切末 1茶匙","蒜切末 1茶匙","辣椒切圈 适量","杏鲍菇切丁 约3大匙","绿花椰菜切小朵 约3大匙","红甜椒切丁 约3大匙","豆瓣酱 1大匙","番茄酱 1/2大匙","酱油 1/2大匙","糖 1/2茶匙","高汤 3至4大匙","粗黑楜椒 适量"
