绞肉炒面
材料
"好纤面 2把","洋葱 1/4颗","红萝卜 1/3颗","木耳 1片","绞肉 1/2盒","草菇 1把","调味-番茄酱 1大匙","调味-乌醋 1大匙","调味-香菇素蚝油 1大匙","调味-砂糖 1大匙"
做法

1: 备面、洋葱、红萝卜、木耳、绞肉、草菇、番茄酱、乌醋、素蠔油、砂糖...(蛋也可以加,因为我后来忘记放了~"~)

2: 将木耳、红萝卜、洋葱切丝;调味的番茄酱、乌醋、素蠔油、砂糖搅拌均匀备用

3: 热水先烫面(不用到熟)

4: 捞起放入冰水中先冰镇

5: 热锅热油后,先放入洋葱、绞肉、木耳、红萝卜拌炒

6: 倒入面后

7: 倒入调味酱料~~~炒到熟就可起锅

8: 简单又快速的炒面就可上桌囉!
