什锦炒面
材料
"油面 20元","猪肉丝 20元","酱油 4大匙","鲜香菇 1大朵","洋菇 5颗","黑木耳 1大朵","洋葱 1/4颗","红萝卜 1小段","红彩椒 1/8颗","青葱 2株","蒜头 1颗","乌醋 1中匙","香菇素蚝油 1大匙","香油 1大匙","白胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1: 备料食材:将彩椒、洋葱、黑木耳切细丝;洋菇及鲜香菇和蒜头切片;青葱切段及肉丝备用

2: 油面大约2-3人份量,油面约略泡冷水冲洗一下捞起备用

3: 先以3大匙热油,将所有食材(葱段除外)下锅爆香拌炒

4: 接着放入葱段拌炒

5: 再将油面放入锅中,用锅铲与长筷将油面与食材配量均匀翻动拌炒

6: 接着加入酱油调味并加入乌醋与香油继续搅拌翻炒,让酱料均匀融入食材

7: 最后洒些白胡椒粉,什锦炒面更美味可口
