超下饭家常宫保回锅肉
材料
"ECO-ONE 1组","米酒 2大匙","酱油 1大匙","糖 1茶匙","盐 1小匙","五花肉片 200g","高丽菜片 200g","葱段 10g","蒜片 10g","干辣椒 5g","五香花生仁 30g","香油 1大匙"
做法

1: 先将高丽菜叶、肉片、辣椒切段备用

2: 香油淋入煎盘上,再下肉片、蒜片、葱段炒香

3: 下干辣椒拌炒香味,再倒入调味料炒匀
