腐香鸡味起士烧
材料
"去骨鸡腿 1只","油豆腐 2块","葱花 20克","玉米荀 2根","起司片 1片","日式酱油 1大匙","炸鸡调味粉 少许","香油 少许","柴鱼粉 适量","面粉 适量","面包粉 适量","蛋黄 1颗"
做法

1: 备好所需食材....

2: 将鸡腿剁成泥状...

3: 加入葱花、玉米荀、调味料拌匀即可...

4: 取二块油豆腐,中间挖空,塞入一部份的鸡泥,中间放入起司片,最后再里上鸡泥收尾即可备用...

5: 先沾上一层面粉,再沾上蛋黄,最后里上面包粉即可...

6: 热锅倒油,将油豆腐,炸至两面金黄酥香....
