"南瓜 3kg","红萝卜 200g","马铃薯 500g","洋葱 250g","西芹 120g","荳蔻 2g","牛奶 250cc","鲜奶油 300cc","水 2500cc","奶油 80g","玉米笋 50g","芦笋 50g","鸿喜菇 60g"
做法

1: 南瓜剖半挖除南瓜籽,放入奶油烤熟(烤箱220°)红萝卜,西芹,马铃薯,洋葱切小丁炒软加入水熬煮熟透做成蔬菜高汤

2: 南瓜烤熟后挖出果肉

3: 南瓜果肉加入蔬菜高汤牛奶用果汁机打成泥,在加入荳蔻粉,鲜奶油,盐,调味

4: 未烤南瓜切成长条装抹上奶油放入烤箱(220°)烤熟
