麻糬咸枣
材料
"糯米粉 120G","太白粉 20G","糖 30G","滚开水 70G","油 一大匙","酱油 1大匙","柴鱼粉 适量","胡椒粉 适量","米酒 0.5大匙","煮熟笋干 100G","绞肉 150G","干香菇 2朵","冬虾 少许","油葱酥 一大匙"
做法

1: 笋干川烫去除酸味切丁

2: 爆香香菇与冬虾

3: 放肉末和笋丁,最后倒入油葱酥拌炒至均匀后调味关火

4: 皮揉成团

5: 分成一个20G左右的皮

6: 杆或捏成片,包入馅料

7: 放入低温油锅中

8: 用中大火边炸边搅动

9: 炸至表皮酥脆捞出(不要炸太久)
