韩式炖牛排骨갈비찜
材料
"牛肋 500g","洋葱 1/2小颗(60g)","马铃薯 3小颗(200g)","红萝卜 1小条(120g)","青椒 1/2颗(40g)","红椒 1/5颗(30g)","节瓜 1/5条(30g)","蒜末 4颗","糖 2大匙(30g)","酱油 6大匙(90g)","香油 1大匙(15g)","水 1米杯(180g)","芝麻 芝麻"
做法

1: 牛肉泡过水洗去部分血水后入锅加些月桂叶(加葱姜米酒亦可)煮至水滚去腥,水滚后捞出冲去浮沫

2: 准备蔬菜料切适当大小,跟牛肉一起入锅

3: 加入所有调味料跟水大火煮滚后转小火炖煮至牛肉入味即可
