泰式打抛肉(免用泰式酱料)
材料
"绞肉(猪.牛皆可) 200g","大蒜 5颗","洋葱 2大匙","﹝酱汁﹞榖盛寿喜烧 2大匙","﹝酱汁﹞糖 0.5小匙","﹝酱汁﹞白醋 1大匙","辣椒 1根","小蕃茄 一饭碗","九层塔 一碗公","米酒 1大匙"

1: 备齐材料

2: 先调酱汁:榖盛寿喜烧2大匙.糖0.5小匙.白醋1大匙

3: 大蒜.洋葱切末.小蕃茄对切

4: 锅中热油放入大蒜.洋葱末,稍炒一下香味飘出,加入绞肉续炒到7分熟,沿锅呛米酒去腥

5: 加入作法2.酱汁稍拌,试味道如果不够咸可加少许塩

6: 放入辣椒片.小蕃茄和九层塔炒到香味出来即可熄火
