绿咖哩南瓜牛肉煲
材料
"半肉半筋牛肉 120元","南瓜 1/2颗","洋葱 1/4颗","甜豆 少许","黄金菇 1小把","桂冠蛋豆腐 1盒","大葱片 1/2支","无盐奶油 1小块","谷盛绿咖哩块 1/2块","玫瑰盐 适量","鲜奶 150cc"
做法

1: 备料:洋葱切块、甜豆、黄金菇、桂冠蛋豆腐、大葱片、无盐奶油、谷盛绿咖哩块

2: 将牛肉川烫备用

3: 准备半颗南瓜洗净切块(含皮)放入电锅蒸软

4: 再将南瓜块加些冷水稍微压碎

5: 备锅热油,放入奶油将甜豆及洋葱拌炒

6: 再放入南瓜泥块滚煮

7: 接着放入牛肉

8: 加入鲜奶一起滚煮,并放入一小块绿咖哩

9: 转小火滚煮约20分钟(或放入电锅炖煮皆可)起锅前,加入玫瑰盐调味即可
